Beautiful, sturdy beechwood muddler. The round end is used to 'muddle' (mix) a lime with sugar to create a sweet syrup, for exotic drinks. The other end is used to crush fresh mint leaves, then muddled with sugar and lime and added to rum and soda water with ice to make a 'Mojito'
